Icoblok Primer 2k

Isolating primer is a two component primer for use on old bitumen roll membrane where Keep Dry liquid membrane is to be applied. Icoblok primer increases adhesion of the new liquid membrane substantially, as well as impeding oil bleed from bitumen membrane.
