€60.00Keep Dry is a high performance, elastoplastic liquid membrane offering excellent adhesion to most substrates such as concrete, tiles, wood, glass and some plastics. Keep dry offers outstanding UV resistance and resistance to ponding and provides a seamless, waterproof coating which tolerates foot traffic, without the need for protective coatings.
Available in bright white and stone grey.

- Opened packaging can be resealed and stored for further use.
- In the white color it provides enhanced solar heat protection, which helps save on energy costs.
- High UV resistance: no topcoat required.
- Not affected by “alligator” cracking when applied to bitumen roofing felts.
- Recommended also for low-slope and flat roofs thanks to its superior resistance to standing water.
- Reduced dirt pick-up.
- Resistant to light rain and washout in one hour from application (at +8 °C and R.H. < 80%)
