We provide free shipping on most items but excluding gypsum boards where a € 12.00 flat rate is charged. Delivery is understood to be 'to door' and goods will not be carried up stairs. Where a lifter is required, this may be organised by BETA, however cost will be borne by client and paid directly to lifter company. Any permits, wardens or road closures should be take care of by client.
- Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
